Lauder Reut: AI Training for Teachers

I was invited by Lauder Reut High School to deliver a hands-on AI training for their teachers. The goal: build practical confidence, translate complex concepts into daily classroom value, and show how AI can become a reliable teaching companion.

As cofounder of Raivon, I focus on real AI enablement for teams. This session followed that approach—start with clarity, practice together, and leave with support—so teachers walk away with usable skills, not just slides.

Lauder Reut AI training

What we covered

  • How AI actually works (in simple terms) so teachers can trust the process
  • Prompting essentials tailored to lesson planning, assessment, and feedback
  • Responsible use: bias, verification, student data, and classroom policies
  • Hands-on: generating worksheets, rubrics, creative prompts, and summaries
Training agenda

Outcomes

Teachers left with ready-to-use prompts, templates, and a simple framework to keep learning. The focus was on sustainable habits: clear goals, constraints, examples, and verification.
