In my recent workshop at the SO HR Conference, I had the chance to run the AI in HR workshop - and instead of just showing what AI can do, we rolled up our sleeves and actually built stuff with AI. From turning policy documents into memes and infographics, to drafting real-world HR content, to asking the right questions (and learning how to build the right questions) - we explored what it really means to team up with AI.
